How long does it take until I’m connected?
We usually take between 5 to 7 working days from successfully completing your order to bring installed.
How long does fibre installation take?
We take between 30 minutes to 2 and a half hours to get you installed successfully.
How does the monthly billing work?
We will send you a monthly invoice, in advance, for the coming month.
What happens if I’m connected mid-month?
You will be billed pro-rata for the days that your connection is live.
My fibre installation is complete, now what?
Once your fibre installation is complete and you have your router connected, you should receive an email with your credentials to get you connected.
Is installation really free?
Yes, as long as you stay with us for 12 months. If you cancel within 12 months of connection, you will be liable for the installation costs. After 12 months, you’re free from paying any instillation costs.
