You first need to check that Faircom has Fibre coverage in your area. Click here and then enter in your address.
If you have coverage, you will be shown what packages are available to you. Choose the package that suits your needs and complete the online application form.Â
Once we receive your application we will make contact with you to obtain the relevant documentation and to arrange an installation date and time.
Once you’ve applied and supplied the necessary documentation, it can take between 5-7 business days for the installation to take place.
When our technicians come to install your Home Fibre, it won’t take more than two hours, depending on the equipment needed to be installed.
You can cancel your uncapped Fibre package at any time – we just require a 30 day notice of cancellation.
However, your installation and router cost is worked out over a 24 month period. So, if you cancel before the first 24 months are up, you will be liable for the cost of both the installation and router cost.
If you stay longer than 24 months, your installation and router are entirely free.
