Got off to a rocky start – issue resolved – overall satisfied

I contracted with Faircom for 50MB up and 50MB down. I found the speed very slow and the price very high compared to Singapore where I come from. So I used an app in my phone to measure the speed and it never went above 10MB. I called Faircom who admitted it was their error. They credited me for the wrongly billed amount and reset to the higher speed, after which only twice has the service been down for a few hours in a period of 4 months. Nevertheless the initial mistake was I feel very careless and should not have been picked up by me
