Hear ye Fair Captonians…

We are pleased to introduce you to our new and improved CLIENTZONE! 

With fancy new features like downloadable invoices, complete with all of your line items, our Clientzone makeover is sure to tickle your fancy. 

We know that the world is changing (rapidly) and with the uncertainties surrounding the South African lockdown and all it entails, it’s not always possible to do things the way we’ve always done them. 

But there is one thing we can still do – and that is provide you with an excellent service.

To make sure you have all the high-speed Fibre goodness you need during lockdown, our technical support team is revamping our Clientzone to make it even more user-friendly than ever before. 

Things you can do in your Faircom clientzone: 

  • Log Technical Support Issues
  • Upgrade or Downgrade your Line Speed
  • Download your Invoices
  • Download your Statements
  • Move your Service (If moving home) 
  • Cancel your Service

On your phone or laptop, visit this link

Login with your username and password.

Pro Tip: 

Your user name will be the email address where you receive your invoices. 

If you have not used the clientzone before, you will need to set a password. 

Simply click “Change Password” and then find the link which is emailed to you at the above email address. 

Once you have logged in, you will find the main navigation page which looks like this:

Don’t be alarmed if your buttons aren’t gold yet – we are busy updating this section as you read this!

Depending on how many Faircape services you have, you will see the different business units you have access to highlighted on your screen. 

Simply click on the one that you want – for example Faircom. 

This will open the dashboard for that business unit.

Once you are here, you can explore all of your options.

You can easily access your statements, invoices, important documents, and so much more.

You can also use the clientzone to communicate with us. 

NB: When opening an invoice: 
It will take approximately 13 seconds for your Invoices to open / load. 

While we know this seems like years in the digital world, we ask that you give the system a moment to do it’s thing. The reason it takes a little longer than your average PDF is because it must access a huge database of live and up-to-date information.
