Faircom Coronavirus Policy

Faircom’s Coronavirus Policy:
Due to the continued spread of COVID-19, we are facing a national lockdown. To protect our staff, our customers, and our suppliers, we have therefore implemented a work from home strategy for as many of the Faircom staff as possible.
We understand how important it is for our customers to have uninterrupted internet access, as this facilitates many of you to work from home, too.
New installations
No new installations will be scheduled until the lockdown has been lifted by the government.
Technical Support
All technical issues/queries are to be logged with support@faircom.co.za, include your name, building and unit number, and phone number and we will get back to you as soon as a technician is available.
Our main priority is the continued safety of our staff, our customers, and our contractors, and we encourage all our customers to log any technical issues with our support team so we may continue providing you with excellent service.
We thank you for your patience during this time.
Regards,
The Faircom Team
